Approving reimbursements

When people lodge a receipt for reimbursement, it will show up in Open Collective under the Budget section. Something like this:

Press the approve button if it is a legitimate expense. You can click on the title to see more info, such as the receipt and comments.
After clicking approve, there should be a new button to instigate payment:

Press the “go to pay” button and it will show you the bank details of the person who lodged the receipt. (Osko payments may just use a phone number or email address in place of a bsb and abn!)

This is the point where you should open up net-banking in another window, find or add the person and transfer the money.

When you have confirmed the transfer, then you can mark the transaction as paid. This way we can have multiple people working on our accounts without duplicating or missing payments.
